Saleha Sapra
Founding Partner + Geographer
Saleha is an urban geographer, practitioner and researcher. She holds a Masters’ degree in Urbanization and Development from the London School of Economics. Her interdisciplinary approach to Social Practice is rooted in several years of community engagement, programme management, and leading communications in the development sector. Her areas of expertise range across Education, Environment, Gender, Sexuality and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and Urbanism with a focus on inclusive placemaking and informality. Passionate about documenting cities through multiple art forms, she finds herself at the intersection of the social sciences and design-centric interventions. Her recent two-year stint with RLDA Studio involves research focused on Delhi's grassroots urban design and development, looking towards the future of housing, mobility and planning. Saleha wants to advance her value in urban change-making through action-oriented research and women-led political action.
Riddhi T. Batra
Founding Partner + Architect
Riddhi is an architect, urban practitioner, researcher, and illustrator. A firm believer in the potential of design to transform our lives, she has been drawn towards inter-disciplinary forms of practice driven by design, research, art, and advocacy. She has worked on architecture projects in India and UAE after graduating from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, in 2018, and is currently furthering her skill-set with a Master of City Planning at the University of Pennsylvania. Riddhi’s work currently revolves around public space, housing, transit, and urban economics, with the aim of co-creating city spaces that foster a sense of belonging.
Anupriya Aggarwal
Lead Community Planner
Anupriya is an urban planner and designer. Her work revolves around questioning urban inequalities and designing systemic interventions to address them. Her fondness for research, love for complexity and patterns, and ability to problem-solve are borne out of the core skills she learned while studying urban planning at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. She is deeply interested in leveraging the powerful tools of participation to transform communities and urbanscapes. Currently, she is learning how to communicate empathetically with communities and co-designing methods with them at a grassroots level.
Pranay Dilawari
Communications Design Consultant
Pranay is a graphic designer and illustrator based out of New Delhi. Previously self-taught, he is currently pursuing a Masters in Communication Design at Glasgow School of Art. His work over the last five years has involved a multidisciplinary approach to image-making. He has previously worked as an Art Director and Copywriter (Ogilvy and J.Walter Thompson) and a Branding and UI Principal (Lazy Eight). His self-driven work is spurred by the idea that designers mustn't gatekeep, but should open the doors for responsible and accessible design practices and solutions. He also holds a keen interest in type design (of the Indic variety), animation, scriptwriting and voiceover work.
